Most kitchens in this part of Istanbul lean heavily on traditional heavy proteins, but the menu here prioritizes modern Mediterranean seafood. It is a better choice for a quiet, long dinner than the high-traffic restaurants surrounding the Topkapi Palace Museum, where the staff often rushes service to flip tables.
