Jag sits on the second floor of the STPI Creative Workshop and Gallery at 41 Robertson Quay, steps away from the Singapore River. The kitchen holds a Michelin star and applies contemporary French techniques to its creative menu.

Most restaurants along the quay lean into the loud, high-traffic spillover of the waterfront, but Jag uses its gallery address to force a slower pace. The room runs smart and elegant, feeling more like a private studio than a commercial dining space. It trades the typical riverside noise for a deliberate, focused register that nearby spots lack. While the National Gallery is a twenty-minute walk away, the restaurant provides a quieter evening than the crowded thoroughfares closer to the tourist center.
