Lilac Tampa

Lilac is on Channelside Drive, a five-minute walk from the Tampa Riverwalk. It currently holds a Michelin star and serves a modern, contemporary seafood menu.

The restaurant is dressier than its neighbours near Sparkman Wharf, which are largely defined by their casual, open-air approach to the waterfront. While other venues in the area lean into the noise of the nearby district, Lilac keeps the volume low and the service precise. Choosing it is a rejection of the high-traffic bustle typical of Channelside Bay Plaza; you come here for the formal pacing, not the convenience of the surrounding strip.
