Birthday dinner with my SO. We did the gold dinner menu. Food and service was impeccable. Great wine service with a focus on customer satisfaction. Very knowledgeable sommelier with an excellent desert wine recommendation.

The culinary creativity displayed throughout the courses was exceptional, but what truly stood out was the unparalleled originality of the dessert. the menu is from December. winter menu. It was a good experience. The most interesting dish for us was the dessert - mushroom ice cream served with crispy bacon, popcorn and dark chocolate. Only the cocktail I drank was extremely disappointing...
