The room runs smart and elegant, serving a fusion of Japanese and French techniques. While many of the city’s high-altitude dining options rely on the skyline to distract from a lack of focus, Mezzaluna justifies the elevation with its cooking. The kitchen produces a level of rigor rarely matched by its neighbors, making this the rare room where the food competes with the view rather than hiding behind it.
