Chef’s Table sits on the 61st floor of the State Tower on Si Lom Road. It is a ten-minute walk from the King Power Mahanakhon, placing it well above the street-level rush. The restaurant holds two Michelin stars.

While many of Bangkok’s high-altitude dining rooms lean on their vistas to distract from the cooking, this floor uses its elevation as a framing device for Thai-fusion seafood. The room runs smart and elegant, but it avoids the hushed rigidity common to other two-star venues in the city.
