For Special Occasions I've reviewed Bacchanalia several times, and it remains my top choice for special occasions. Recently, I treated my friend to a birthday dinner here, marking her first experience at this establishment. She was not only impressed by the culinary delights but was equally taken by the exceptional customer service. As I've always believed, stellar service ensures customers return. For our meal, I took the liberty of selecting a four-course menu. My friend began with the exquisite Maine Lobster, followed by scallops and local greens. She concluded with the Summerland Farm blackberry dessert. I indulged in the Foie Gras Torchon, an incredible Lamb Loin, and rounded off with chevre and chocolate for dessert. While I have a penchant for good food, I also appreciate the philosophy that delightful things often come in small packages. This approach to dining, which I became accustomed to growing up in Sweden, focuses on savoring modest portions. And let me assure you, despite the portion sizes, by the end of our meal, we were satiated to the point of seeking a post-meal nap. I wholeheartedly recommend Bacchanalia not only for its culinary masterpieces but also because I believe in championing our local restaurants and the dedicated staff behind them. I had the pleasure of dining at Bacchanalia, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The dining atmosphere was amazing, the ambiance was perfect. My husband and I went for our anniversary and I cannot recommend Bacchanalia enough to anyone celebrating something or for a special evening out. The food was absolutely incredible - best meal I've had in my recent recollection. The service was also exceptional - we were wished a happy anniversary by every person we interacted with during our time at the restaurant. Loved the upscale casual vibe of the restaurant, as well, which made it feel even more warm and welcoming. After having this on our wish list for a few years, I can't wait to go back and would recommend to anyone looking for a unique, fun, and special dining experience. Thank you!
