En entrant chez Nobelhart & Schmutzig, on a l’impression de pénétrer dans un nouveau monde. L'endroit déborde de vie, avec une cuisine ouverte et des convives joyeux. Chaque bouchée et chaque gorgée rassemblent les gens lors d'un voyage gustatif.
Manger ici va au-delà du simple repas. C’est une véritable expérience. La musique douce s'harmonise avec l'ambiance simple mais raffinée. La carte des boissons est immense, avec plus de 1000 choix, tous sélectionnés avec autant de soin que leurs plats.
Le restaurant attire toutes sortes d'amateurs de bonne cuisine, des locaux aux voyageurs. Ils recherchent tous des saveurs authentiques et excitantes. Vous pouvez vous asseoir autour du grand comptoir près de la cuisine, observer les cuisiniers à l'œuvre et découvrir les histoires derrière chaque plat. Ici, la gastronomie va au-delà de la nourriture. C'est l'expérience et les récits qui accompagnent chaque bouchée.

My favorite restaurant in Berlin and one of the best on the planet. Love the personality and how welcoming the team makes you feel. Can't say enough good things about it.

While the food and atmosphere were absolutely fantastic, what made the whole experience was Billy. He gave us a personal explanation of each dish, the heart behind each of them is palpable while he talks. There were dishes I was sure I wouldn't like, and was blown away with the deliciousness in such simplicity. He truly believes in making the ingredients shine, and the wine pairings were each excellent. Something very unique is he offered a non-alcoholic drink pairing option as well! What a lovely way to keep those he opt out of alcohol included in the full experience. While the cost of this experience for 2 was quite high (800+ euros) it was an amazing experience to enjoy the ambiance and passion of one of the top 50 restaurants in the world.

What a great dining experience! The food was unique, the wine was perfect and the staff attentive. The kitchen was able to accommodate one of our folk who had a lactose intolerance without any fuss. The sommelier gave us perfect recommendations on pairings that completed the meal. One of the best dining experiences I have had. We have now been a 2nd time and it was even better than last time.. Can't wait to come back again and try the new format when it is released!
