Sinatra Las Vegas

I've never had better veal than Sinatra's! One of the most remarkable restaurants in Vegas, Sinatra is located in the Encore; not only due to its name but also for its well-known veal. At an attractive cost, the food is quite tasty and substantial. Like I said, the veal is a must! Its crust and meat are harmoniously cooked to perfection. Although it wasn't flawless, the service was decent. A few occasions, the server gave off the impression of being a little forceful when it came to ordering things (like a car salesman). Apart from that, the service was adequate. Although the setting is formal, it's not stuffy, therefore casual formal attire is advised. Sinatra music, of course, is always playing inside the restaurant at a great lower volume. Overall I would absolutely recommend Sinatra to anyone visiting Las vegas.

First time at Sinatra and I LOVED IT!!! As a vegan person, I really liked how they have a separate vegan menu for us to not feel excluded and they even brought me vegan butter with the bread!!! The service was also quite fast, we ordered our food and it came to our table in less than 10 minutes! The environment was really pretty and the staff were very kind, friendly and polite, definitely coming back again on my next trip to Vegas!!

Was unable to get reservations but decided to swing by and see if there were any last minute cancellations. Luckily, there was one small table available in the bar area, which is apparently open seating! Amy provided wonderful service and I didn’t feel for a second that I got 2nd rate service for not sitting in the main area. I was torn between pasta and seafood and she suggested coursing things out with a small side of pasta after the salad. So glad I did! The pasta was delicious but the John Dory was EVERYTHING. I also had the Caesar and would skip it next time but everything else was so good, I wasn’t even worried about the salad! Can’t wait to bring the hubs back and try even more of the menu!
