We decided to enjoy the Chef's menu which is a selection of 6 dishes, by the chef, according to any of your limitations (I don't have any). Actually, there were more dishes served. Every single dish was wonderful, tasty, beautiful and interesting. The play with textures and flavors was so gentle and delicate, that just saying "balanced" is not enough to describe the sense of perfection. The wine pairing was good, though if it was up to me, I would have changed the order of some of them.
