My 3 friends and I had dinner in La Mesa Escondida restaurant last night. Unfortunately, when I made the booking online I neglected to check for confirmation and when we turned up, my reservation was not in the system (make sure to check your bookings ppl!) It was my nieces 18th birthday and despite that hiccup the staff somehow managed to accommodate us despite it being very busy. We got a table on the terrace, impeccable and warm service… but the food was the thing we came for. It was absolutely delicious. Fresh, garden flavours and prepared to perfection. Our night was a memory for my niece and the rest of us that we will always remember. The whole atmosphere, surroundings and experience of Petunia is wonderful. Hats off to the chef, the management and your staff. We will be back!

We visited on an evening of our mini moon, we chose the pizza place as we were unsure on the food options in the other restaurant. We definitely picked the right option as we had an incredible view of Es vedra and a lovely terrace table. It wasn’t busy so the service was quick and easy. If coming for sunset, be aware it doesn’t set in view of the location in sept - you need to be earlier in the season for that. The pizza was delicious, we really enjoyed it and the location is stunning!
