GhostBar sits on the second level of the Boulevard Tower at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. It is a five-minute walk from The Shops at Crystals.

The room runs smart and elegant, but the menu is a restless mix of international, modern, and fusion influences. It is a more practical choice than the restaurants overlooking the Bellagio Fountains or the Eiffel Tower Viewing Deck. Those places trade on their proximity to the water or steel for a markup, but GhostBar offers a cooler, less frantic perspective on the strip. It ignores the tired, crowded templates of the casino floor in favor of a menu that refuses to commit to a single culinary tradition.
