The Belasco Theatre in Los Angeles is a historic spot. It can hold one thousand people. It has a big dome, multiple balconies with twenty-four booths, and more. This popular place also offers three areas to dine, with two kitchens ready to meet your food needs while you celebrate your event!
There's also a private ballroom at The Belasco. It has its own entrance on Hill street, seats 200, includes a 23 x 9 ft stage, and even has a wine bar that fits 150 people plus three plasma TVs. And if that's not enough, there's a cozy lounge in the basement for another 200 guests.

The Belasco is a (mostly) standing room only venue in downtown Los Angeles. The stage is easy to see from any part of the room. There are full service bars with a good selection of beer and prices you can expect. Parking is very limited. Expect to pay $20 to $25 at a private lot. There are plenty of things to do or see near the venue before or after the show. My girl and I like breweries and we had our pick. I had a great time seeing the obscure 80's band Heaven 17. Less than a month later I'll be seeing the Psychedelic Furs. I'll be keeping an eye on the Belasco for shows from now on.

Another stunning intimate music venue in Los Angeles. When you walk in there's a big merch table waiting for you to buy your tees, vinyls, cds, or whatever they have. When you walk into the hall itself there are two bars selling your favourite bevvies whether that's beer or cocktails. But then you notice the ornate walls and ceiling, its truly spectacular. The walls have these Gothic style bronze colored decorative panels. There is a multi-tier balcony towering above the stage and a gorgeous domed ceiling above that. Below, in the theatre there isn't a bad spot to stand, you have a perfect view of stage no matter where you are. The capacity is about 1500 so it's a nice sized venue. If a band or artist you like is playing here I would highly recommend you go see them. This is a perfect sized room to intimately see some rocking live music.
