Très belle adresse, menu en clin d’œil aux deux régions fétiches du chef (région natale et Savoie). Tout y est délicieux On se sentirait aussi bien dans un environnement moins guindé, il y a beaucoup (trop) de personnel. Mention particulière au cocktail composé d’un subtil mélange de Negroni et de Bourbon. Ils ont bien fait d’insister pour me le faire tester, merci!!! Le prix est bien entendu très élevé, je pense que la localisation l’explique et l’impose compte tenu de la courte période pour œuvrer. Y aller les yeux fermés

Had an exquisite 10-course meal last night. The service was top notch, the decor elegant and and food out of this world. Knowledgeable sommelier and great apéritif as well. Planning to come back later this week!
