Ham, cod fish and cabrales cheese dance in pairs to a perfect crisp, topped with a smooth guava aioli. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ Ordering the 𝘔𝘢𝘪𝘯 𝘓𝘰𝘣𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘊𝘳𝘢𝘣 𝘉𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘥𝘪𝘤𝘵 was a superb choice. The English Muffin was crunchy enough that the poached eggs collapsed perfectly into the Béarnaise Sauce, avocado and sautéed spinach. Mixing it with their salted just right rainbow potatoes was a flavor explosion that leveled out a warm day. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ The staff was warm, welcoming, as well as accommodating. Max and Pedro were a joy to have, making our birthday celebration that much better. Everything came out at a great pace, and their birthday celebration desert was a nice touch to cement a great meal. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ Came for the meal, left with a lifetime memory.⁣⁣⁣⁣

We read all the Last comments before booking a table and we do not agree, the food is really good, can honestly say That it was the Best châteaubriand of my life, the meat was so good ! My girlfriend took the lobster and i was also really good, our waiter (alejandro) was very kind and gave us a lot of details about the food, the view is spectacular, you just don't want to leave and stare for hours. Area 31 is a spectacular restaurant on the 16th floor of the Epic Hotel. The stunning views are complemented with the stellar food. We started with the croquetas which were light and enjoyable. The fish was especially good. I had the lobster roll for brunch and it was amazing. The house chips were perfectly crispy and the slaw was also good, but not really necessary in my opinion. The other members of my party enjoyed their eggs and bacon tremendously and I love the different colors of potatoes used on the plate, it creates a very inviting and appetizing image.
