High end rooftop Japanese restaurant at the JW Marriott in the Disney Bonnet Creek area. Everything is expensive. The service blew me away though. I haven't received service like this in over a year. I eat at restaurants 5+ nights a week all over the country. The staff here is top tier. Even better than at the nice on property Disney resorts. You can see but not really hear the EPCOT fireworks from the restaurant. But they are a good ways away.

We had a reservation for a lovely table outside for a later dinner. The service was excellent and the food top notch. The teriyaki salmon skewers and rolls were delicious and sizable portions. Alcohol is pricey, but the sake seemed to be a better value than wine for sure. A couple of notes. The inside restaurant was very cold, and the music outside was louder than needed. I highly recommend making reservations as it can get crowded. All in all a great dinner and experience.

All bartenders were great. I had the pleasure of getting served by Francisco. What a pro, best service I’ve had in a long time. Food was great.
