This place oozes ambiance and charm. From the moment you come in you are made to feel welcome. The door open at 5pm. If you get there just at five there will still be a group of folks clambering to get in to take advantage of happy hour at th bar or lounge. Get you complimentary beverage and your hand made chip and caviar. Evite was amazing. She made our first dinning experience there Remarkable. Super attentive great suggestions. We will ask for her every time. Ferguson the manager greeted us with a smile and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. We had the tower. Succulent oysters, well seasoned scallops, tiger claw shrimp and fire roasted crab legs dripping in butter. Shared a 16oz Chicago Rib eye, Brussels spouts and had the buttercake for desert. The Carmel whiskey infused sauce was to die for. I wish I had more photos of food but we were enjoying the chefs masterpieces. Everything was delicious.

Maple & Ash was one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. The service was nothing short of spectacular, with the waitstaff that did not have you waiting for anything. The food and presentation were amazing with a menu that only leaves you wanting to go back and try more. We had the Royal Osetra Caviar Service paired with the Miyazaki Waygu. It was pricey, but it's not every day you run across a menu that allows for that combination. The restraunt has an exceptional atmosphere with candle-lit tables and up-beat music. Our night was topped off with the chef stopping out at our table to greet us and say thanks for dining with M&A. Highly recommended if you are anywhere close to Scottsdale, AZ.

Party of 10 for a bachelorette in late July. We made reservations several weeks ahead of time and it was so worth it! The restaurant is beautiful, restrooms are clean, and the service is impeccable. We ended up ordering several appetizers as well as a main course or two and everything was absolutely delicious. If you were in the area you need to stop in!
