We have visited the Mandarin Oriental a few times for afternoon tea (and we recently discovered the amazing Pizza on the 38th!) and while the sweets and the tea are always delicious, it is the superb customer service that keeps us coming back. We appreciate how they always adapt the menu to make it vegetarian friendly. The team always goes above and beyond to make the experience feel special. Special thanks to Ozawa San for being a great host.

We visited here for afternoon tea and left very happy. The staff is very professional and efficient. We loved being able to try multiple teas and they offer coffee/espresso drinks as well. The desserts were so amazing and the entire set up was their special festive menu, total was 55k yen per person
