Very fun place! I'm a foreigner and everyone treated me nicely. I was even able to make some Japanese friends. The only thing that sucked was that we weren't allowed to sit down unless we were VIP or something. I would recommend leaving an hour before they close the club to avoid waiting a long time to get out for you have to get out through the elevator.
