Gastronomic ecstasy Chef Ricardo is a master of his craft serving dishes that take you places all over the world - from Spain to Peru, and even giving you a glimpse of Cajun food in New Orleans. Don’t leave Val D’isere before visiting L’Altiplano. Hands down the best place if you love flavors and good food.

We went for a dinner and selected menu option. The food was exquisite, the guacamole, ceviche, baked root vegetables native to Peru where all to die for. The staff was extremely attentive and very friendly, which made the dinner all the nicer by creating very cozy and relaxed atmosphere. I totally recommend and I would love to go back again, so if you are pondering if you should go here - go. The experience is worth it.
