Ich war am Samstag mit meiner Familie im 8 Stock des Hotels Grand Ferdinand in der Grand Étage und ich muss sagen ich war mehr als zufrieden. Das Personal war sehr nett und das Essen unglaublich gut. Der Campari auf einem Wagen beim Tisch gemixt, die Seezunge am Tisch filetiert. Es war ein echtes Erlebnis.

Wir waren für ein Business Essen im Grand Etage und können es nur empfehlen: Exquisite Küche, exzellenter Service und grandiose Aussicht. Auf unsere etwas komplizierten Bedürfnisse wurde sehr flexibel und zuvorkommend reagiert. Auch privat würde ich das Grand Étage jedem empfehlen. Ich träume noch heute vom butterweichen Pulpo :-)
