What an amazing experience! Would recommended without reservation! The chefs knowledge of food and flavors is fully on display here and quite frankly he is just on another level compared to most chefs! Loved every minute from the food and wine to the ambiance and experience. My only regret is its so far away, when your ready to open in Florida, USA make sure I'm first to know!

The dinner was impeccable, truly unique dishes with perfect wine pairing. The best dish of the night was definitely venison with an amazing sauce and sides. If you ever visit Vienna, Silvio Nickol restaurant is a place you must check out.
