Inventive, exquisitely prepared dishes. Talented kitchen staff well-integrated with attentive, professional service. Relaxed and welcoming vibe to enjoy a 17-course menu. Very pleased to see some SMWS selections on the digestif list! Would recommend Minibar to anyone.

Loved it. Their take on toad in the hole, with tofu toast, egg, white truffle and caviar instead of bacon, and a maple foam, was one of the better dishes I’ve ever had. The mocktails were also very, very good.

Amazing experience! Very innovative food with much attention to details. My favorites were, in order: Wagyu, Scallop, Cod, Donut, Monkfish Service was impeccable! Always serve on the right, wipe any drips on table right away, pulls chair out when you get up and pushes chair back in when you come back. They saw me struggling with the chopsticks and brought me the trainer ninja chopsticks. Service was polished yet friendly and unpretentious. Kudos to the minibar team!
