I love Uchi — every time! I tried 3 locations of them, all amazing! They care about quality and the consistency. I took my friend who’s very picky about raw fish. She loved it! We can’t wait to be back again and again!

I’ve become an Uchi-convert. Yes it is expensive but the food is exquisite. Every bite is delightful, and the service is top notch. The only complaint is that it can get very noisy. We went with the omakase for a few visits to the restaurant but now know enough about the menu to order on our own. The cool tastings are some of the best sashimi we’ve had. And believe it or not, the desserts are out of this world.

Great restaurant for sushi. Uni was as fresh as it can be being in land locked state. Fish was fresh. Loved the A5 wagyu. The only downside was the price. It was about $2000 for 5 people.
