I really enjoyed my dining experience at Iogy! They confirmed my dietary preferences as soon as I was seated, and I really liked the open kitchen set within the cosy intimate dining space. There wasn't a menu and I don't recall all the descriptions, but every single dish was exquisite. I really liked the lobster bisque risotto with uni, as well as the abalone tart with monkfish liver sauce. The perfectly proportioned 10 courses were wonderfully well thought out with entirely complementary flavours. My personal favourite was the chawanmushi, which is probably the best elevated version of the humble steamed egg I have ever had. I also really enjoyed seeing how the team worked beautifully together to prepare and plate every course, almost like an orchestra, with Tahara-san as its conductor quietly in the background, to make the vision of our meal come alive. Service was excellent. Truly exceptional.

Service was beyond attentive, to the cleanliness of your cutlery, folding of napkins, down to the finest details. Flavors were bold yet made sense in the end, we said “how can these ingredients work” many times but were happily proven wrong all the way.

Dining at logy was an exceptional experience. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. The wine pairing was a perfect match for our course, and added an extra layer of enjoyment to the meal. One standout dish was the Chawanmushi, which was hands down the best I've ever had in my life. The flavors were delicate yet complex, and the texture was smooth and velvety. What really set this dining experience apart, however, was the impeccable service. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable, always ready to provide recommendations or answer any questions we had. They were also very accommodating to our dietary preferences and made us feel welcome throughout the meal. Overall, it was a truly memorable dining experience that exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend this fine dining restaurant to anyone looking for a special night out.
