Came here for midweek lunch. For a michelin star place it's really reasonable (₩115), there are a couple of options to upgrade some of the courses but you don't have to. The setting is stunning and the menu when we visited was incredible. In total it was around 10 different courses and each felt really special. You need to book 2 months in advance. Would really recommend for a special lunch with incredible views

With Gaon temporarily closed, this is a great alternative to another venture by Lucia Cho. Impressive views and menu. For Kim Byoung-jin, chief executive chef of the three Michelin-starred restaurant Gaon, 2023 will be a new year like no other. It will be his first year outside the kitchen. After 20 years of raising Korean fine dining to a new level, one of the most famous Korean “haute cuisine” restaurants Gaon is closing Jan. 1, albeit temporarily, for reorganization. Kim, who is also the president of the Gaon Society, which operates a number of fine dining restaurant brands in Korea, will also take time off to focus on what he can do to prepare for the future of Korean “haute cuisine.”

One of my best lunch so far. Pork jowl is absolutely brilliant. Raw fish menu is so good but in my humble opinion a little bit of spicy kick would perfect the dish.
