Incredible experience as always from Clare Smyth! I have been to her London restaurant twice and the quality of food at Oncore is completely on par with it, plus you get the incredible views of the Sydney harbour! It’s a true fine dining experience you won’t ever forget. We had the full tasting menu with wine pairings. Each dish was a work of art and a complete symphony of flavours. Best restaurant I’ve been to in Sydney.

Wonderful experience. The service and ambience was top notch. We went with the tasting menu and each dish was unique and complimented well by the wine pairings. The lamb main was surprisingly a crowd favourite. However be prepared for the meal to last a couple hours - no complaints though when you have great company and great food!

An incredible dining experience! We did the tasting menu and it was such a wonderful experience with delightful mixes of flavours, textures, and proteins. It was surprisingly VERY filling despite all the dishes being 2-3 bite dishes. The service is exactly what you would expect when you spend 350 dollars per head and much appreciated. The staff are clearly passionate about their jobs. The views are great, the ambiance is nice, and the staff are friendly and not too “stiff”. Really enjoyed the experience …however it can drag on for quite a while. Took us about 4 hours in the end so plan accordingly if doing a tasting menu.
